During a soccer game a few days ago, I dove for the ball and I heard my right knee pop. It didn't hurt too bad right away, but a few hours later it hurt whenever I moved it. It felt like the bottom of my heel was bruised or something and it hurt every time i stepped even when i was just walking, and the pain has continued into today. What could be causing it and how can I stop it/prevent it in the future?... read more
